Strategic Sprints

A focused engagement built around one high-priority business question.

A strategic sprint is designed for leaders who know they have an important problem to solve — but may not yet know what the answer, or even the precise brief, should be.

The work begins with diagnosis and ends with clarity: a well-defined point of view, prioritized recommendations and a practical path forward.

Questions a sprint might address

  • Where are we leaving growth on the table?
  • Are we investing in the right customers, channels and capabilities?
  • Why is acquisition becoming less productive?
  • How should our loyalty strategy evolve?
  • Is our marketing organization structured for what comes next?
  • How do we balance near-term performance with long-term brand growth?

Built around the business need

Every engagement is shaped around the business need. The output might be a strategic recommendation, a set of decisions, a prioritized action plan, a new operating model — or ongoing access to an experienced outside perspective.

My approach is direct, collaborative and grounded in the realities of running a business. I work alongside leadership teams to bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions and turn insight into action.

Fractional Leadership

Hands-on senior leadership during a transition, transformation or capability gap — when the team needs more than advice and less than a full-time hire.

A clear view of structure, talent, capabilities, partners and ways of working — aligned to the company's current growth priorities and future ambitions.
